Commercial
What is included, and how it goes.
Commercial roofs face the same North Texas hail and heat as homes, with more at stake when they leak. A roof failure over a retail floor or a warehouse means damaged stock, a closed space and tenants on the phone. We install, repair and inspect commercial roofs across North Richland Hills, Fort Worth, Dallas and the surrounding area.
Most commercial buildings here carry flat or low-slope roofs. TPO and other single-ply membranes are the most common choice on newer buildings for their reflective surface and heat-welded seams. Modified bitumen is common on older ones. Pitched sections on office buildings and storefronts use shingle or metal. Each system fails in its own way, and each gets repaired with materials that belong to it.
How It Works

Tell us what you are seeing and where the property is.
Free inspection
An owner or project supervisor inspects the roof and shows you photos of its condition.
Recommendation
We go over the photos and our recommendations with you. If a storm caused the damage, we can walk you through the insurance claim.
The work
Most jobs are finished in a single day, weather permitting, and the site is cleaned before we leave.
The Difference
Worth knowing before you decide.
On a low-slope roof, water is the problem to manage. Ponding after rain, seams opening along the edges, cracked flashing around rooftop equipment and curbs, and clogged scuppers and drains cause most leaks. A regular inspection, especially after storm season, catches those before they reach the ceiling tiles.
Work is planned around the business. We keep you informed from the first consultation and material choice through completion, and schedule the noisy and disruptive parts so the building can keep running.
Storm and hail damage on commercial property is handled the same way as residential: documented with photos and detailed notes, and supported through the insurance claim.
Gutters, downspouts and ventilation are part of the roof system on commercial buildings too, and we handle those alongside the roof.
