Inspection
What is included, and how it goes.
Our roof inspections are free, and they are done by one of the company owners or a trained project supervisor. You get photos of the roof condition and our recommendations, whether the roof needs nothing, a repair, a replacement or an insurance claim.
An inspection covers the whole system. Shingles, tile, metal panels or flat roofing are checked for wear, damage and signs of age. Flashing, seals and caulking around chimneys, walls and roof penetrations are checked for gaps and deterioration. Gutters and downspouts are checked for drainage and blockages. Fascia, soffits and the decking are checked for rot or soft spots, and the attic, where we can get in, shows ventilation, insulation and any water staining from below.
How It Works

Free inspection
An owner or project supervisor inspects the roof and shows you photos of its condition.
Recommendation
We go over the photos and our recommendations with you. If a storm caused the damage, we can walk you through the insurance claim.
The work
Most jobs are finished in a single day, weather permitting, and the site is cleaned before we leave.
The Difference
Worth knowing before you decide.
Homeowners call for an inspection for a few different reasons. After a hail or wind storm, it answers whether there is damage worth claiming. When buying or selling a house, a roof report with photos helps both sides know what they are dealing with. For an older roof, a check every year or two catches small failures such as a cracked pipe boot before they reach the ceiling.
North Texas is hard on roofs in ways that do not show from the driveway. Summer attic temperatures bake shingles from underneath, hail bruises them from above, and spring wind lifts tabs that looked fine in the winter. A close inspection finds what a glance from the ground misses.
There is no pressure attached to the visit. If the roof is in good shape, the photos show that and you are done. If it needs work, you get the findings in writing with a clear set of options to consider on your own time.

Inspection, answered.
Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes. The inspection costs nothing and there is no obligation to hire us afterward.
Who does the inspection?
One of the company owners or a trained project supervisor.
What do I get after the inspection?
Photos of the roof condition and recommendations on what, if anything, it needs.
Do I need to be home?
Not for the roof itself. If you want the attic checked, someone needs to let us in, and most homeowners like to go over the photos together at the end.
